Claims/return policy

I have received an article but it is not correct or it isn't what I expected. Can I return it?

EasyParts.nl wants you to be completely satisfied with your on-line shopping experience. If an article you purchased from us is defective or simply not to your satisfaction, you may return it within 8 days of receipt for an exchange or a refund of your purchase price.
